Snow Covid-19 Policy

Level-5 update

We plan on remaining open during the level-5 restriction though we will be unable to invite visitors into our building. Drop offs and pickups will still be allowed at the door.

We are a small business and we are working in compliance with all Irish public health guidelines.
We are experiencing some delays in production due to various issues including supply chain, increased family commitments and health and safety protocols. We will endeavour to work with all of our clients as fast as we can as safely as we can.

We are currently working from our studio as working from home is not possible with the lasers and materials we stock. Where possible we are working to meet our clients and customers online via email, video call or phone call. We can accommodate short visits to the studio strictly by appointment if necessary. All visitors to the studio must wear a mask, clean hands on arrival and maintain as much distance as is practicable. If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or if you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 within the last 14 days you may not visit the studio in person, even if you have made an appointment in advance.

Covid-19 Shipping Update

We use An Post for our shipping and deliveries, shipping times may be longer than usual, in our experience this can be up to 10 days.
Our standard delivery charge is for "standard post" if you want an item to be sent via registered or express services please indicate this at the checkout or when you place an order.
